The testing center is equipped with modern testing equipment such as direct reading spectrometer (imported from Germany), impact testing machine, universal material testing machine, metallographic microscope, hardness tester, infrared spectrum steel splitter, etc. At the same time, the NDT operation line has four eddy current flaw detectors and one four channel and six channel ultrasonic flaw detectors. The international first-class German DX atmosphere protection positive tempering furnace and atmosphere protection bright normalizing furnace have accurate automatic control capability for heat treatment temperature, which provides a strong guarantee for the internal quality of HS products and lays a foundation for building a high-quality steel pipe production base.
